How long will my order take?

Each piece is made to order. Production takes 2–3 business days, then delivery takes about 4–5 business days. Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days.

Where do orders ship from?

Orders are made and shipped from our USA facility.

Does it come gift-ready?

Yes. Every order includes a message card with your chosen sentiment and a standard gift box. A mahogany-style luxury box with an LED spotlight is available as an upgrade on product pages.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
